When a problem is detected with a swimming pool pump or salt water chlorinator you have the option of dropping it off at our workshop located at the store or organizing us to come and inspect onsite. Reports generally take 2 - 3 business days but this may differ depending on current repairs and reports that are being undertaken. Depending on the damage of the equipment a repair and replacement option may be provided on the report.
Once the report is completed you can simply forward it directly to the insurer of your choice. Once authorization has been given we are able to repair or replace the swimming pool equipment promptly, usually within 1 - 2 business days.
